Where and how to practice

In qigong you need to be in a safe, warm and unwindy place where you can relax and concentrate on your body and how it is. While something or place can grab your attention, the most important is the meditation of keeping the mind still in the movements and free of distraction. Softening your gaze and becoming less visually overloaded will help.
